Yes. Our LTE routers offer unlimited data on the NTT Docomo LTE network. However, our higher speed 4G router packages are limited to 300 MB/day at 4G speeds. Going over this limit may result in a temporary speed reduction until the following day. We recommend the LTE option unless you specifically need the extra speed boost.
Our daily rate is all-inclusive. There are no other charges for accessing the internet. However we do charge a one-time administrative fee of ¥1,000 yen per reservation.
No, you must pre-book on the web and pay by credit card or email through our payment processor PayPal.
Unfortunately we are not able to take payment at our counters in the airport and so must ask that you book online in advance. Thank you for your understanding.
We will charge you in Japanese yen.
The minimum rental period is 3 days.
Yes. We want to make things easy as possible. Airport pick-ups and returns to the same airport are free. We only charge you for delivery to hotels and other locations, or for a return to a different airport.
Yes. Please contact us and we will arrange a long-term option for you.
We use devices supplied by all of Japan’s main data network providers, including NTT Docomo, SoftBank, and Y! mobile.
No. Routers are provided on a “best effort” basis. We are unable to guarantee connection speeds.
Yes. Since our mobile routers connect to your computer or smartphone using a WiFi connection there is no software to install, and the language of the OS is of no concern.

Yes. Just let us know at the time you make your reservation and we will provide a receipt by email at the end of your rental period.
No. It doesn’t matter whether your phone is unlocked or not. Your phone will connect to the router through a WiFi connection and this is not related to the locked status of your phone.
