Airport Pick-Up & Drop-Off Locations

We have service counters in both terminals at Narita Airport (NRT), as well as at Kansai International Airport (KIX). If you prefer, we can also arrange for delivery to and from your hotel or another address for an extra charge of ¥1,500, or a combination of delivery & airport return for just ¥1,000. Please note that we cannot accept same-day walk-up bookings at this time. Please pre-book from our reservations page.



We regret that we do not currently have a pick-up and drop-off counter at Haneda Airport (HND). Customers arriving or departing from Haneda should request one of our delivery services. We apologize for this inconvenience.
